The food was excellent! So so fresh! The service was also incredible. I have a severe allergy and they took everything seriously and made many dishes from scratch to accommodate for me so that I could eat multiple dishes and share them with my family. We will be coming back again soon! I’ve tried multiple Indian restaurants in the area and Big Tikka is my favorite by far! Especially for North Indian it is 100% the best!! I also loved that you could see the kitchen and watch the chefs cook the meal. That was super unique and added to the ambiance! ☺️

Beautiful place, service was good, food was delicious. The food was served with a beautiful presentation and the owner took his time to bring a dessert to our daughter for her birthday and played a nice birthday song over the speaker. It made her night special and the mango cheesecake was great (tasted like a mango donut) it came with a candle which was a great touch and made her night. She felt so special. The veggie puff pasty appetizer was delicious, I could have eaten 12 more. The food was tasty. We will return. Currently a BYOB and we brought a great wine from Trader Joe’s down the road. It was a bonus to have great wine and not break the bank. Take advantage now. Another bonus, parking next store is free after 6pm. That’s hard to fine in downtown Asheville!

Really delicious Indian food. The sister restaurant is in New Zealand and there are couple items on the menu that have the NZ connection. The other Indian restaurants in Asheville have some competition. I particularly liked the palak paneer. My fiancé said the lamb dishes are amazing. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Absolutely delicious! I’ve tried pretty much every Indian restaurant in town and this is my favorite butter chicken. The samosa and paneer appetizers were FANTASTIC! Also tried the beef dish which was so tender. Each dish had such a unique and beautiful flavor different from any of the other local Indian restaurants that have mostly traditional dishes. Great portions. Will absolutely be back!

WOW!!! This is by FAR the best Indian food in Asheville. Its also incredible that they have a rendang, if you have ever been to Indonesia or Malaysia you will know about this special dish! I am so happy to have this new restaurant in town. My only one suggestion would be larger portions of rice, but thats just me. 10/10
